Tom’s Cruising Bar is a welcoming LGBTQ+ bar in the Yumbo Centre, Maspalomas, offering a relaxed place to meet friends, enjoy drinks and soak up the atmosphere in one of Gran Canaria’s best-known queer nightlife spots.
Located in the corner of the Yumbo Centre, as well as the outdoor seating area, there are toilets, a cruising area, including a dark room and cubicles.
Tom’s Cruise Bar provides a warm, open setting in the heart of the Yumbo Centre. The bar aims to create a space where guests can feel comfortable, included and part of the buzz that makes Maspalomas such a popular LGBTQ+ destination.

in the last weekIl locale non serve cibo e propone una carta drink con costi decisamente sopra la media e una qualità che non giustifica il prezzo, probabilmente "compensato" dal fatto che l'ingresso alla zona cruising è gratuito. Bisogna però dire che la zona cruising è davvero piccolissima, non strutturata per passarci una serata intera come accade in altri locali storici del settore (come il Jumbo). L'ambiente è sereno ma, nelle ore di punta della movida di Gran Canaria, diventa talmente affollato da azzerare lo spazio vitale. È una tipologia di posto adatta a chi cerca grande calca e un contatto fisico "forzato" dal poco spazio, ideale per chi preferisce un approccio molto ambiguo, finto-formale in sala per poi cercare la sveltina rapida senza ammettere di essere stato in un vero e proprio cruising bar. Se cercate spazi ampi, drink ben fatti o un'esperienza cruising classica e trasparente, probabilmente non è il posto giusto.
