The Boiler Room (Sheffield)

UPDATE: 19/04/2026:  It has been published that this sauna has been closed by an enforcement notice issued by the local police.  We are not aware of the reasons and do not listen to “Rumours” on why.  If there are any updates, we will publish them here.

Welcome to The Boiler Room, Sheffield’s premier gay and bisexual sauna. Located just ten minutes from the city centre on Savile Street East (formerly known as Bronx Sauna), we are owned by the same management as the Hove venue, bringing that same high standard of cleanliness and friendly atmosphere to South Yorkshire.

Our multi-floor venue is designed to cater to every preference. You can relax in our traditional dry sauna and high-powered steam room, or take a soak in the large, bubbling jacuzzi. We take pride in our well-maintained facilities and offer a modern, industrial space where you can unwind in a safe and judgment-free environment.

If you’re looking to socialise, our comfortable coffee lounge is the heart of the club, where you can enjoy complimentary coffee and a selection of snacks and hot food. For those seeking adventure or privacy, explore our themed play areas, including two cinemas, seven gloryholes, and dedicated sling rooms. We also offer renovated private cabins for hire, complete with personal screens and charging stations.

We are well-known for our packed event calendar, including Naked Days on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, where towels are strictly optional. On Friday nights, we stay open late for our legendary parties—Cumunion on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month, and Bears Night (with free pizza!) on the 2nd and 4th.
