Tucked away just a short walk from Marble Arch and Edgware Road, we have been providing a discreet and friendly space for the community for years. Whether you’re working nearby or just passing through the West End, we offer a quiet escape from the busy London streets.
Our facilities are designed for those who prefer a more intimate and traditional sauna experience. You can relax in our hot dry sauna, clear your head in the steam room, or freshen up in our clean shower area. We take pride in maintaining a welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere where you can feel completely at ease.
If you want to take a break, our lounge area is a great spot to sit back, catch up on the news, or have a chat with other guests. We also have private cabins for when you want some peace, and secure lockers to keep your belongings safe while you unwind.

3 months agoI came looking for a deep tissue massage. I’d been once before and had Yassin, who was on holiday this time. However the management paired me with Andre whose hands are like heat seeking missiles for any knots you have. You will relax. Guaranteed. This place is a hidden gem, away from the hustle and bustle. Crowd skews a bit older for the facilities but overall a very fun experience especially if you get a massage done.
