Welcome to ME1 Sauna, Kent’s premier destination for gay and bisexual men. Situated in the heart of historic Rochester, we are a 100% gay-owned and operated venue providing a safe, clean, and friendly environment where you can unwind and socialise away from the outside world.
Our facilities are spread across three spacious floors designed for both relaxation and exploration. You can enjoy our large, digitally controlled dry sauna, clear your head in the fragranced video steam room, or take a long soak in our super-sized whirlpool jacuzzi. We also offer a range of private relaxation cabins, a darkened maze, and themed play areas for those looking for a little more adventure.
If you’re in the mood to relax, head to our cafe bar for a complimentary tea or coffee and a chat. We host a variety of popular themed events, including “Strictly Naked” Wednesdays, “Furry Fridays” for the bear community, and dedicated social afternoons for T-girls and their admirers. We even offer regular on-site sexual health screenings for your peace of mind.

2 weeks agoCan’t speak highly enough of this place, was so nervous at the start and walked past the venue so many times but got the courage to go in on ‘naked Wednesday’. All the staff were lovely and welcoming, it was a bit quiet that day I was told but still managed to relax and enjoy, if anyone is thinking of going but nervous, don’t be! The people are lovely, the place is spotless and defo will be going back.

2 weeks agoHonestly one of the best saunas in the UK. The staff are nice, the facilities are well maintained and everything is very clean. Entry prices very reasonable and good value for money. Free coffee, tea and filtered water is provided and also towels!

2 weeks agoI have been to the sauna today for the first time as I live close to Kent and it is easy to get there, I wanted to give it a try. To be honest my expectations were low as all the gay saunas are a bit filthy and we all think that is okay! Opposite to what I was expecting this place is spotless clean, no strange odours or anything. Staff is very welcoming, gentleman at the entrance shows you around informs about the place. Facilities are very good and there is a great working jakuzi! The venue was busy with decent people, I really enjoyed my time there! There is free coffee and tea which is very nice. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends.
