Chalmers Sexual Health Centre is a leading NHS sexual health clinic on Chalmers Street in Edinburgh, run by NHS Lothian. It provides free, confidential sexual health services for people in Edinburgh and the wider Lothian area.

The centre offers testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), contraception (including implants and coils), emergency contraception, pregnancy testing, HIV testing, blood-borne virus screening (including hepatitis B and C, syphilis), PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) for HIV prevention, PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) after possible HIV exposure, free condoms, and sexual health advice. It also provides services for young people, including a dedicated Young People Service, and supports victims of sexual assault.

All sexual health services at Chalmers are free, including prescriptions if needed. The clinic operates on an appointment-only basis for most patients, with bookings made through the sexual health appointment line.
